Korean Central News Agency Copyright © 2000-2013 DPR of KoreaThe Unhasu Orchestra gave a concert at the People`s Theater on Tuesday. Among the audience were senior party, state and army officials, the chairperson of a friendly party, labor innovators of industrial establishments and people from all walks of life, youth and students in Pyongyang. The concert started with the playing of the national anthem. Put on the stage were such numbers as female solo and female pangchang "Fly High, Doves", mixed grand chorus "Song of the Proclamation of the People`s Republic" and children`s chorus "Our Beautiful Country." The performers truthfully represented the happy life of the Korean people who enjoyed a dignified and worthwhile life as masters of the new country liberated by the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung. They sang high praises of the feats performed by the heroic soldiers in the 1950s. Story-telling and orchestra "Nukes and Peace" reflected the will of all servicepersons and people to guarantee the dignity of the nation and the independent prosperity of the country true to the party`s new line on simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force. The concert ended with female solo and mixed grand chorus "Peace Is Guaranteed by Our Arms". It was acclaimed by the audience. -0-
